We are incredibly excited to see you and/or your guests at our 32nd Anniversary Celebration and Awards Ceremony coming up on Friday, Oct. 22, 2021. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, Proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (physical or digital cards accepted) within 72 hours along with a valid photo ID is now required. Please share with your guests. We look forward to safely celebrating together.

In an abundance of caution, Asian Youth Center (AYC) has moved our 32nd Anniversary Celebration & Awards Ceremony  on Friday, October 22, 2021 at The Hilton Los Angeles/San Gabriel to be hosted on the outdoor rooftop Garden Terrace.  Although the increasing vaccination rate is promising, the unknown trajectory of the COVID-19 variant supported our decision to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests.  We hope you will join us to safely celebrate in person. This year's theme of "Harvest Harmony" highlights AYC's initiatives that cultivate youth-led social justice.  AYC aims to plant the seeds of hope, connection, and giving all year long.  The AYC Board of Directors is proud to present this special evening to bring a community back together and honor business and community leaders who have supported AYC, including:

Dr. Barbara Ferrer, Director of Los Angeles County Department of Public Health
Community Leadership Award

Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council (A3PCON)
Community Partnership Award

Pacific Plaza Premier Development Group
Corporate Partnership Award

Ted Chen, General Assignment Reporter for NBC4 Los Angeles
President's Recognition Award

As like many, AYC is seeking to return to normal and we are eager to celebrate in person.  The outdoor reception style Gala will feature ample delicious appetizers and wine service, live youth entertainment and a silent auction that will attract over 300 attendees.  Please note that AYC will take every precaution on the day of the event to ensure the safety of all attendees and event support staff.  Attendees from previous galas have included high-ranking executives from public and private corporations, business owners, and elected officials.  We are grateful to past sponsors, which included Southern California Edison, Tawa Charitable Foundation, State Farm, Warner Brothers Entertainment, Royal Business Bank, OneLegacy, Exact Tax, Inc., and many more?

Our goal for the event is to grow AYC's impact with social justice and youth leadership development, including Stop Asian Hate projects and partnerships, while also supporting AYC's mission to empower low-income immigrant youth of all communities through education, employment, and social services.  AYC is a community-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to help youth succeed in school, at work, and in life!
